Eduard Hakobyan says January–October 2026 taxes and state duties reached AMD 2,566.1 billion. October alone brought AMD 257.9 billion, up around 13.3% from October 2025.

Armenia’s state budget collected AMD 325.6 billion more in taxes and state duties in January–October 2026 than in January–October 2025, State Revenue Committee chairman Eduard Hakobyan said in a Facebook post covered by Armenpress on 2 November.
| Measure and period | Amount | Increase |
|---|---|---|
| Taxes and state duties, January–October 2026 | AMD 2,566.1 billion (about $7.1 billion) | 14.5% |
| Taxes and state duties, October 2026 alone | AMD 257.9 billion (about $716.1 million) | AMD 30.3 billion; around 13.3% |
| Refunds to taxpayers, January–October 2026 | AMD 286.9 billion | AMD 32.1 billion; 12.6% |
Hakobyan said the committee would continue working to strengthen voluntary tax compliance—taxpayers meeting their tax obligations themselves—and create a more predictable and transparent tax environment with equal competitive conditions.

The State Revenue Committee confirmed the AMD 2.308 trillion total and detailed how it exceeded both the initial and revised plans. Taxpayer refunds rose 14.8%.
