In the three months ended 30 September 2026, net revenue rose 13% to $12.1 billion and earnings per share increased to $3.19 from $2.62. Visa earns fees from processing transactions, linking its business to activity on its payments network.

Finance chief Chris Suh told analysts that Visa expects contracts covering about 25% of payment volumes to renew in fiscal 2027, including contracts with several large clients. That compares with 20% in fiscal 2026. Suh said incentive growth would accelerate as those renewals take place.
Payment volume measures consumer and business spending on Visa’s network. Constant-dollar growth removes the effect of exchange-rate changes.
