The Saudi Pro League has partnered with Footballco to show selected high-profile football matches live through GOAL’s Front Three, Inside World Football reported on October 23. The planned broadcasts cover the UK, Ireland, Belgium, the Nordic countries and Canada.
The agreement follows a distribution model the league launched with Recast in September. That model allows approved publishers to stream live matches on their own platforms in 16 markets. Footballco will also stream matches on GOAL through Recast.
Front Three is GOAL’s creator-led YouTube and social-video brand. Its coverage will combine live matches with watch-alongs, in which creators follow and discuss the game. Separate clips will be shared afterwards on TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. Prices and access requirements remain unspecified.
Footballco says it aims to build interest in the league through Front Three and turn that interest into transactions on its website. The league says the agreement complements its existing coverage across more than 180 territories through 45 partners.
The October 23 report lists the following opening matches for the broadcasts.
