Wolf Alice will support every concert on the April–July run, including both London shows. Subscriber presales begin November 2, followed by Visa access and an Artist Presale before general sales open November 6.
U2 announced 12 UK and European stadium concerts on October 29, running from Stockholm on April 26 to Milan on July 6, 2027. The Greatest Show On Earth World Tour includes two nights at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with Wolf Alice supporting all 12 shows.
The full billing is Carnaval De Luz presents: The Greatest Show On Earth World Tour. Amsterdam’s Johan Cruijff ArenA says the tour celebrates U2’s forthcoming 16th studio album, Carnaval De Luz, due November 13, 2026, and marks the band’s first stadium tour since 2019.
Wolf Alice, a London rock band formed in 2010, will open every concert in the newly announced itinerary.

U2’s official ticket timetable gives the subscriber-presale opening as November 2 at 10am GMT, or Greenwich Mean Time. Billboard’s October 29 article instead gives 10am local time. Those descriptions do not agree for every tour location.
| Sale or deadline | Time | Who can take part |
|---|---|---|
| Artist Presale registration deadline | November 1, 10:59pm GMT / 11:59pm Central European Time | Anyone who registers; Lisbon is excluded from this presale |
| Subscriber presale: Feedback Group | November 2, 10am GMT | Subscribers assigned to the Feedback Group |
| Subscriber presale: Hype Group | November 3; U2 has not specified an opening time | Hype Group subscribers, including new subscribers |

| Artist Presale | November 5, 10am local time | Fans who registered by the deadline; no subscriber or Visa access required |

Subscribers will receive unique presale codes by email before their sale. New subscribers join the Hype Group and enter on the second day. U2 has not given a closing time for the subscriber presale.
Artist Presale registration is open to fans without either subscription or cardholder access. On Ticketmaster, access is tied to the registered account and needs no code; other ticketing sites may require one. Lisbon’s May 27 concert will not be available through the Artist Presale.
U2 says it is working with Ticketmaster on checks intended to block abusive registrations. Some fans may be asked to complete a selfie check or, in rare cases, provide identification through Persona, an identity-check service.
For Amsterdam, Johan Cruijff ArenA’s ticket notice separately lists the November 6 general sale at 10am without specifying a time zone. The venue directs buyers to mojo.nl/u2 for that sale.
The stadium announcement follows U2’s 40-show Sphere residency in the Las Vegas area, which ran from September 29, 2023, to March 2, 2024. Each concert included the complete 1991 album Achtung Baby alongside other songs.
In September 2026, the band marked its 50th anniversary with a lunchtime performance for students and teachers at its former Dublin school, Mount Temple Comprehensive, followed by a surprise appearance on Grafton Street.
In a joint statement, U2’s four members described the tour title as a challenge to themselves:
It’s a dare, to ourselves as much as anyone, to try and have the best night of anybody’s life.
The band promised a colourful show built around guitar, bass, drums and “tunes you can hold onto.”
U2 says a 2028 leg is still being developed. The Edge said the band intended to finish the tour in Ireland, but Irish concert dates have not been announced.
Spanish and North American concerts are also outside the confirmed 12-date schedule. U2 says Spanish dates will be announced soon and 2027 North American dates in the coming weeks.
