Voicemod’s Mandalorian and Grogu soundboards are available as standalone purchases for $9.99, or $7.99 for premium subscribers, Deadline said on 30 October 2026. The quoted subscriber price is a purchase price, not inclusion in the subscription.
Earlier that day, GamesBeat said the first two boards had become available. Spain-based Voicemod supplies the platform, while its licensing deal with Disney permits users to share quotes and sound effects from Lucasfilm’s Star Wars property.
Different clip counts
Deadline describes 20 audio clips for the offering. Its wording does not assign the count or the quoted prices to either individual board or explicitly identify a bundle.
Voicemod’s product pages give different counts for the individual boards:
| Soundboard | Listed recordings |
|---|---|
| The Mandalorian | 29 officially licensed quotes and sound effects |
| Grogu | 21 officially licensed sounds |
Recorded reactions, not voice imitation
A soundboard lets users trigger saved audio clips. These boards connect to Voicemod’s audio setup, and users select individual icons to play recordings while gaming, livestreaming or chatting online. The Disney offering plays pre-existing quotes and effects; it does not change the user’s voice to imitate a character or generate new character dialogue.
Voicemod co-founder and CEO Jaime Bosch said users employ the recordings for quick emotional reactions, much as they use emojis in text chats.
Voicemod says Marvel soundboards will follow later, with additional details to be announced.
