Music charts: Zach Bryan tops three album rankings for a fifth time

Zach Bryan’s Young Manhood and Other Donatable Organs debuts atop Top Country Albums, Top Rock Albums and Americana/Folk Albums, giving the American singer-songwriter his fifth No. 1 on each chart. Fontaines D.C.’s Dopamine Chamber also enters at No. 1 on three specialist US album charts, reaching the band’s highest positions across its Billboard album rankings.

Bryan’s previous albums to lead all three genre charts were American Heartbreak (2022), Zach Bryan (2023), The Great American Bar Scene (2024) and With Heaven on Top, released in January 2026.

The new release enters the all-genre Billboard 200 at No. 2. Luminate’s figures, published in Billboard’s 29 October report, put its first-week US total at 65,000 equivalent album units for 16–22 October. That measure combines album sales with streaming and individual track sales into an album-equivalent total.

Fontaines D.C. lead three US album charts

Dopamine Chamber opens in the top 10 on seven Billboard album charts and at No. 14 on the Billboard 200. Each position is a career best for the Irish rock band.

Luminate’s figures, published by Billboard, put the album’s US opening-week total at 27,000 equivalent album units for the week ending 22 October. Album sales account for 18,000 of that total, including 13,000 vinyl copies across multiple variants. The remaining units come from streaming and individual track sales. Total units, album sales and vinyl sales are all career highs for the band.

These are US results, separate from Dopamine Chamber’s previously reported No. 1 debut on the United Kingdom’s Official Albums Chart. That result gave Fontaines D.C. their second UK chart-topping album.

“Lies” gives Del Rey her first Hot Rock Songs No. 1

All eight tracks from Bryan’s album debut on both Hot Country Songs and Hot Rock Songs. Leading them is “Lies,” featuring American singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey: it enters Hot Rock Songs at No. 1, becoming Bryan’s fourth leader and Del Rey’s first.

Those two entries mean 14 of Bryan’s 17 career Hot Country Songs top-10 hits have entered directly in the top 10. That places him third among all acts since October 2012, when the chart adopted its method combining multiple measures of song activity.
