AdHoc Studio has announced a December 9, 2026 mobile launch for Dispatch, its superhero adventure game told in episodes. The Android and iOS release will offer a free introductory portion and a paid unlock for the full game, Variety reported on October 22.
The announcement comes a year after Dispatch’s original launch. Variety reports that the game has attracted more than five million players and received multiple nominations at the 2025 Game Awards.
Players act as a dispatch operator, choosing which heroes to send to emergencies around a city. Those decisions sit alongside office politics, personal relationships and the operator’s own efforts to become a hero with a damaged suit.
AdHoc says the mobile release includes the base game rebuilt for touch controls and vertical play, allowing players to hold the screen upright. The announced release also supports Google Play Games on PC.
At the scheduled December 9 launch, players will be able to play the first four episodes free. Unlocking the full mobile release will cost $19.99.

The black, gold and green edition follows September’s sold-out preorders. Nintendo’s replenished launch-day stock also quickly sold out.
