Billboard reports 30 new recording industry certifications, including double-diamond status for “God’s Plan,” extending Drake’s lead in diamond awards.

Drake has become the first artist to surpass 350 million Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA)-certified units, according to Billboard. The outlet reported that he received 30 new certifications on October 23, 2026, strengthening his position as the association’s most-certified artist.
The milestone concerns certified units across his music, not a count of individual purchases. Drake already held the record for the most diamond plaques; the new awards extend that record to 18, Billboard reported.
Diamond and double-diamond are certification levels awarded to individual releases. Billboard highlighted these four among the new certifications:
| Release | Certification |
|---|---|
| VIEWS | Diamond |
| “In My Feelings” | Diamond |
| “Marvin’s Room” | Diamond |
| “God’s Plan” | Double-diamond |
The awards also reach Drake’s newer music. Billboard reported that ICEMAN earned platinum certification five months after its May release.

The black, gold and green edition follows September’s sold-out preorders. Nintendo’s replenished launch-day stock also quickly sold out.
