Netflix has laid off up to 3% of staff at its London headquarters, Variety said. Deadline previously reported that around 2% to 3% of the office’s several hundred employees had been laid off.
The London reductions follow Netflix’s announcement a few weeks earlier of worldwide job cuts. Variety said the company was understood to have cut 1,000 jobs globally.
Deadline said those laid off include production vice president Anna Mallett, whose responsibilities covered television shows and movies in the UK. Other departing employees worked in public relations and marketing.

The developer’s announcement puts an opening sales figure on its martial-arts action game, with a physical PlayStation 5 edition planned for 2027.
