The streaming service publicised the viewing milestone during celebrations of its tenth anniversary in South Korea.

Netflix says Teach You a Lesson is the tenth most-watched non-English title in the service’s history. Deadline described the ranking in its October 26 account of Netflix’s tenth-anniversary celebrations in South Korea.
Netflix launched in South Korea on January 6, 2016. The company says Korean content is its most-watched non-English content and that more than 80% of subscribers watch it.
Netflix’s historical top ten also includes all three seasons of Squid Game. The reported ranking does not specify Teach You a Lesson’s viewing total, the measurement period or the method used to count viewing.
The all-time placement is separate from Netflix’s weekly Global Top 10 chart. Netflix says more than 200 Korean titles reached that chart over the past five years, with Squid Game’s first season staying there longest at 32 consecutive weeks.
The anniversary event, the Korea Fan Festival, ran in Seoul on October 24–25. It brought together stars from Netflix’s Korean productions, including upcoming shows.

The black, gold and green edition follows September’s sold-out preorders. Nintendo’s replenished launch-day stock also quickly sold out.
